"My breaker tripped after I plugged in my Christmas tree leaving my living and bed rooms without power. I called my power company right away and was immediately contacted by WattStar Electric. The very pleasant representative set up an urgent appointment with a one hour window. Prior to coming to my home, Daniel ,the electrian, called and informed me he was on his way to me and provided his GPS time of arrival which was within the schedule time.. He also offered to bring me coffee if I needed it. I thought that was very considerate since it was early in the morning. When he arrived at my house he introduced himself and upon entering he put on a pair of red boot cover. He was very thorough in his diagnostics. He explainef the problem that caused my breaker to trip, that even a dummy could understand. He was also very polite and respectful in answering my many questions. He continuously thanked me for the opportunities to ensure my breaker and sockets are in the best shape and that my house is protected and made safe.
